Hiring for an Administrative Assistant/Data Entry Clerk in the Lenexa area for a distribution company!

Hours: 12PM to 9PM - Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (Tuesday and Saturday off)

Position type: Contract-to-hire

Benefits: Medical and Dental

Responsibilities:

* Enter data into computer system and in Excel such as company driver mileage, gas and shipment information
* Generate reports
* Answer inbound calls and any inquiries
* Will be a key holder
* Will be a point of contact for client if they have questions

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Experience with data entry
* 1-2 years of administrative assistance or relevant experience
* Must be very accurate and detailed oriented
* Comfortable in a casual yet fast-paced environment
