Mostly, we want to hire someone just like you, provided you are someone that likes being "the person" on the other end of the phone "with all the answers". You will be working with internal employees of your new team to help make sure all their stuff is still working. See below on what that stuff is...

Before you get to the stuff, also know that as your new employer, you will be with one of the global giants of our time and will not just have a job to pad your resume, you will have the job that people before you padded their resumes to get! Duties and responsibilities:

Be awesome. Answer the phone. Answer the questions by phone. If you don't know the answer, quickly be able to look them up and then answer the questions OR show up at their desk as the guru of all things desktop. Don't be a tough cookie while answering the questions, you are there to help them, make sure they feel helped by the end of the call or visit!

Qualifications:

* 2+ years of remotely making end users lives better by answering any and all of their technical and non technical questions
* 2+ years of documenting each and every one of the items so that the next time someone asks, you already have the answer on file and ready to go!
* 2+ years experience asking the right questions, giving the right answers, and basically knowing the difference between a USB port and anHDMI port. OK, so it's actually quite a bit more technical than that, we would like you to know about computers, servers, switching equipment, cabling, audio and video equipment. Ideally, you have been in one of the below environments:

* Support Desk
* Service Desk
* Help Desk
* NOC
* Break/Fix

* Above all else, you should be great with people! Think Service First, Resolution Second, or is it Resolution First and Service Second, nope. That is not it... Think Service First AND Resolution First. Basically have the below things too:

* Excellent customer service
* Excellent communication skills
* Excellent time management
* Be able to pat your head and rub your belly, (yes we mean excellent multi-tasking)
* Stay calm cool and collected knowing most people calling you are having an emergency and need your help. You better be able to help cool their jets and disarm a frustrated caller currently buried in a high stress environment.
