This PEO (Professional Employer Organization) works with small to medium sized organizations in providing Human Resources solutions. They are also able to provide large organization benefits to small and medium sized businesses. Some of the services they can provide are; HR Consulting, Payroll Administration and Benefits Administration.



The Sales Executive will be responsible for prospecting new businesses and building strong relationships with organizations in the Greater Kansas City area.



Duties and responsibilities:

- Hunting new business (small and medium sized organizations)

- Engage in consultative based selling

- Meet with business owners of target companies

- Develop proposals

- Meet performance metrics

- Maintain an adequate sales funnel to generate required flow of new business



Qualifications:

* 5+ Years of B2B sales experience
* Consultative sales experience
* Strong prospecting skills
* HubSpot experience preferred
