Do you enjoy helping people? Are you comfortable with computers and have experience in customer service? This position might be for you! We are hiring for a Customer Service Representative in the KCMO area!

HOURS: Monday - Friday 8: 00am - 6: 00pm

PAY: $13.50


The Customer Service Representative must provide exceptional customer service primarily through phone and email communication to inbound customers and clients. The position will require a positive and professional attitude as they handled inquiries or requests of clients.


-Communicate via phone and email with clients regarding questions or information

-Perform excellent customer service in moderately complex situations

-Determine client needs and utilize software to identify possible resolutions

-Follow procedures to handle inquiries and resolve concerns of clients in a calm and efficient way

-Maintain communication to management of recurring problems or issues with any services supported as encountered through clients

-Observe and record call trends

-Handle outbound calling campaigns when needed


-High School Diploma or equivalent

-Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as attention to detail

-1 year in customer service or related experience

-Excellent typing skills

-Have excellent computer skills, especially with Microsoft Word and Outlook

-Ability to work under pressure and meet all deadlines
