HOURS: Monday - Friday 8: 00 a.M. - 5: 00 p.M. (Overtime may be required, on occasion)


PAY: $15/HR

The Customer Service Representative's job is to assist retail customers and consumers with product line. This individual will assist retail customers on best sales/product practices and answer all other customer service concerns via telephone, fax, website or email.


-High School Diploma or equivalent

-Handle incoming calls, faxes and/or e-mails from customers or prospects wanting information

-Problem solving with customers and orders as well as process orders

-Data entry and troubleshooting

-Responsibilities may shift to the initiation, solicitation and execution of orders


-Be an alert, positive, responsible, flexible person with organization skills

-Possess superior listening, multi-tasking and prioritizing skills

-Basic computer skills required; Windows, Outlook, Word and Excel

-Must be a team player

-Must have an excellent work attendance record

- Learn customized CRM/CMS software and maintain accurate account of all customer contacts
