Marking Assistant/Receptionist - Entry Level

Working directly with the Director of Marketing with social media and marketing events for the company and providing support as the Front Desk Receptionist.

The Marketing Assistant/Receptionist plays a key role and presents the first impression of the organization to our clients and business partners by supporting the work of the Director of Inbound Strategy and Executives on projects directed at maximizing company profits, developing sales strategies and/or marketing campaigns on an on-going/as-needed basis. This position is also responsible for handling front office reception and administrative duties.

Answers incoming calls and directs calls to the appropriate associate, takes/retrieves messages, or will transfer to associate's voicemail if applicable

Greets visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable

Assist with planning, implementation, and day-to-day execution of in-house marketing events

Execute lead generation process to monitor and deliver to sales representatives

Monitor hard bounce, opt-out, incorrect emails and mailing address, and update in CRM

Assist production team in overseeing creative elements necessary for various projects to include; photograph acquisition for content, infographic design, marketing mailing pieces, eBook design

Monitor and update marketing calendar for company and clients

Create monthly reports for company and clients based on KPI's

Write, edit, post blogs/content on social media platforms

Create landing pages, forms, automated programs and newsletters

Perform updates to WordPress

Updates job knowledge by participating in training opportunities



Qualifications and Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in related field or 2 years of job experience.

Minimum 1 year experience as a Receptionist/Front Desk Clerk/Marketing Assistant

Experience with social media posting and basic writing skills

Experience using a CRM

Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Skills

Proficient/Ability to become proficient in Act-On and ZoHo CRM

Reporting and analytical skills

Excellent verbal and written communication

Strong communication and organizational skills

Experience with ad buying on social media platforms
