Office Manager

We are looking for an Office Manager to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. This position is responsible for creating and maintaining a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety.

Office Manager responsibilities will include scheduling meetings and appointments, making office supplies arrangements, greeting visitors and providing general administrative support to our employees.

Ultimately, the Office Manager needs to be able to ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operation.

Some responsibilities include:

* Invoicing
* Order entry
* Interact with and support senior management
* Maintain procedures for office administrative systems
* Monitor and maintain office supplies
* Ability to lead and provide supervision

Skills required:

* Office Manager experience, minimum 3-5 years or equivalent experience
* Excellent IT skills
* Good leadership skills and the ability to 'make things happen'
* Problem analysis and assessment
* Judgment and problem solving
* Decision making
* Excellent communication skills
* Good at multitasking
* Be able to take initiative
* Adaptability and flexibility in a fast moving environment
* Planning and organizational skills
* Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
* Work and time management
* Reliability and discretion when dealing with confidential matters
* Patient when frequently interrupted

Minimum qualifications:

* High school diploma or G.E.D.
* 5 years office management experience (preferably at a manufacturing facility)
* A confident user of Microsoft Office Suite
* Be able to work well with others
* Have good math skills
* Be detail oriented
* High level of integrity
