One Word: Reverse Engineering wait that's two words. Anyway, we've had Salesforce since Salesforce was a baby. As our baby has been growing up, it has received many updates, add-ons and custom code, and unfortunately has had several band-aids to the point it looks like Frankenstein's monster. That's why we need your skills.

You don't need to be a rock-star or a guru. You have a solid track record of consistency, stamina, and critical thinking skills in Salesforce development. This will be a marathon and a permanent position. This will be your opportunity to build a custom Salesforce environment from scratch, the right way and owning it.

Our cloud based SaaS applications deliver customizable, real-time analytics for your clients' profitability, performance trends, inventory insights, industry and demographics trends, and expense management.

We've been on a mission for a couple of years now making sure the applications and systems are ironed out, new technologies added and done the right way. Now we need you to work your magic on the Salesforce environment!

Ok, if you like bullets, here they are:

* 3 years' experience in refactoring Salesforce in a business environment.
* 3 years' experience with custom objects, web services and Visualforce.
* 3 years' with large data volumes, performance tuning, migration tools, triggers and Apex.
* 3 years developing in Salesforce with HTML, JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX, SOAP, REST, JSON and SQL.
