Located in the heart of KC, this firm operates in a paperless, state of the art environment and serves clients across a variety of industries, as well as individuals. Culture fit is incredibly important as this position will quickly move into a Supervisor/Manager role and will be a leader within the firm. Culture fit is heavily dependent on work ethic (accountable, inquisitive, and determined to get it right) as well as personality (kind, compassionate and a genuine care for others). Minimum of 3 years public accounting experience, a CPA (or CPA eligible) and prior experience preparing individual and business returns is required.
