Responsibilities:

* Provide advanced technical support to end users
* Installation of hardware and software
* Configure server based software applications
* Configuration & maintenance of networks
* Diagnosis, troubleshoot & resolve of LAN issues
* Diagnosis, troubleshoot & resolve server hardware, operating and application systems

Requirements:

* Knowledge of SSL, SCCM, & Centrix XenApp
* Experience with VSphere/VMWare/Hyper-V
* Experience managing Microsoft Windows Server environments
* Experience providing technical support to high volume of end users
* Advanced experience using Active Directory & Microsoft Exchange
